OUR CENTER

Our cozy, 84-bed nursing and rehabilitation center is located a short, scenic drive from Owensboro – easily accessed by Highways 81 and 431. Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care. We offer the comforts of home alongside a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

Our center earned a Deficiency-Free Survey from the State Department of Health, a Five-Star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and we have received the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award.
